Prior to seeing your animal Robyn must have Veterinary Consent. Please see attached Veterinary Consent Form below.

Veterinary Consent Form

In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, it is a legal requirement for all Veterinary Physiotherapists to obtain veterinary consent prior to treatment of any animal.

You can download my veterinary referral form and give this to your vet to sign in person or via email.

Please send the completed form via email to Robyn prior to your appointment.

Unfortunately if this is not obtained the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Canine Appointment:

Including Assessment, Treatment and Exercise Prescription.

Initial - £65.00

Follow Up - £55.00

Equine Appointment:

Including Assessment, Treatment and Exercise Prescription.

Initial - £75.00

Follow up - £65.00

For Equine appointments Robyn travels to your yard for the appointment.

Please bear this in mind that your requested appointment may be declined and Robyn will get in touch to reschedule due to travel / time limitations.

Travel included in price within a 15 mile radius of Corstorphine, appointments outwith this radius may be of extra cost to account for travel.
